These LUTs were created to achieve a consistent cinematic look across various camera types and save hours in the color grading process. They are my go-to LUTs for achieving a cinematic and consistent aesthetic in all of my videos.

Tested to work with RED, Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, Nikon, DJI, GoPro, Insta360, and iPhone cameras across various filming environments, from epic outdoor adventures to interior scenes.

What's Included:

6 Variations of Cinematic Finishing LUTs
Various styles for each LUT for easy adjustments across any footage, including:
- Base: color adjustments only.
- Contrast: color adjustments plus contrast curve to achieve smooth highlight and shadow roll-off.
- Faded Black Contrast: increased contrast with faded blacks for a more moody look.
- Select versions include warm and cool variations for enhanced creative flexibility.

Software Compatibility

Whether you're editing in Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro X, these LUTs integrate seamlessly into any program that allows the use of 3D LUTs.

For the best results:

Before applying the Finishing LUTs, ensure your footage is color-corrected. This includes correcting white balance, contrast/exposure, and converting Log footage into a usable color space such as Rec709. Once footage has been color-corrected, add the Finishing LUT of your choice to the last node in the color page in Davinci Resolve (clip or timeline level), the creative tab in Lumetri Color in Premiere Pro, or Custom LUT effect in FCPX.

These Finishing LUTs are designed to be used at 100% strength to preserve their intended effect. Adjustments can be made by selecting different styles of the LUT or by making color-correction adjustments before where the LUT is applied. For example, an earlier node in Davinci Resolve's color page or a lower Premiere Pro or FCPX layer.
